I have built my career around a clear objective: organizing, structuring and ensuring the smooth functioning of demanding operational environments.

For more than 30 years, I have worked along a consistent thread — organizing, structuring and operating complex systems. I have evolved across diverse sectors — transport, public administration, civil protection — where I developed strong expertise in management, coordination and operational leadership.

Early Career
I began my career as a commercial apprentice with a focus on accounting and transport. I then spent more than 12 years in the transport sector, where I planned operations, managed customer relations, calculated service pricing and organized teams. This period shaped my rigorous, efficiency driven and service oriented approach.

Municipal Administration – City of Geneva (from 2005)
In 2005, I redirected my career toward municipal administration within the City of Geneva. As Head of Office for Civil Protection, I managed the secretariat (3 FTE), ensured compliance with legal frameworks, administered more than 1,200 cases in continuous flow, prepared meetings and supervised interventions and training activities. I also represented the Commander during meetings and hearings.

I was additionally responsible for the Cultural Property Protection (CPP) office, where I actively contributed to the development of a concept recognized internationally.

State of Geneva – Strategic & Operational Roles (from 2018)
In 2018, I joined the State of Geneva to strengthen the cantonal strategy for Cultural Property Protection, particularly within the Greater Geneva area.

Due to understaffing, I also managed the administrative component of the infrastructure sector, which allowed me to further expand my organizational expertise. I cleared more than height months of backlog in procurement related files while maintaining day to day operations.

Cantonal Civil Protection – Operational Leadership (from 2024)
Since 2024, I have been leading the Cantonal Civil Protection Detachment. I coordinate more than 400 personnel, plan training activities, organize operational missions and ensure the quality and reliability of the civil protection operations sector.

I provide team leadership, ensure operational readiness and guarantee the proper execution of the missions entrusted to the cantonal system.
